We finally figured it out. The Cilantro let us in on it, actually, and the Baby Bok Choy, and Arugula agreed. Then the lettuce and radishes chimed in, all asking to please be cut and washed and boxed up for you all. More detailed e mails will be sent out soon and phone calls made to those without e mail.
